lauryn has always been one of my favorite female artists. i was browsing the web today..and i came across her mtv unplugged performance...and this particular one i was moved to post....

madd people have their negative opinions of what happened to her...

but the truth of the matter was that the world was not ready for a mind like her's...

..i kno those who have been outcast(no not the duo) from society can feel me on this record.

rising up..

not discrediting anyone...

but to those who thought wayne or drake had to be on a track for it to pop....

i look up and try to truthfully speak from my heart.....

i antagonize myself daily about the flaws that I continue to bear..

i blame myself for the hurt i endure...

because im a firm believer in karma..

its possibly only payback from some reckless act i committed..

i often pray for a better tomorrow

but my actions today dont seem to be deserving..

i dislike many.like few.and honestly love fewer than that..

they asked me what love meant....
